Merger and New Office Location as of September 18th, 2023

Dear Valued Clients and Friends:

I am excited to announce that Knox Insurance Agency has moved to a new location: 

2330 Broadway, Schenectady, NY  12306, as of September 18th.

All of your policies will remain with the same insurance companies and the same policy number and coverage.

We have joined with Hopmeier Evans & Gage Agency, another family-run agency that has been in business for 74 years. The move will allow customers with additional top-rated insurance companies and additional experienced staff who will continue to provide efficient service and the most professional advice in upstate New York.

The Knox Insurance Agency name will continue, and our renewed dedication and commitment to you remain stronger than ever.  Our phone number will remain the same.  In addition, you will be able to text the office at 518-377-7414 for ID cards, certificates, and policy changes.  We can now have Zoom meetings to review coverage, all designed to save you valuable time.

I will focus on new sales opportunities while Dave Evans and “The Team” will provide unparalleled service and expertise, all under one roof.

While saving you time is of utmost importance to us, we welcome the opportunity of a ‘face to face’ meeting at the new office.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or if you would like to schedule a visit to the new location.
